1. Introduction
Welcome to CITC.live. By enrolling in our programs, accessing training, or using our services, you agree to this User Agreement. Please read carefully before joining. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
CITC provides educational and skill-development training with opportunities to explore Work From Home business models such as Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, WhatsApp & Google My Business (GMB) Growth, and Digital Marketing. The platform integrates structured skill learning with performance-based earning opportunities.
2. Nature of Services
- All services offered by CITC are training and guidance programs designed to help you develop digital and promotional skills.
- Earnings, income, or success are not guaranteed. They depend entirely on your personal effort, consistency, service billing realization, market demand, and adherence to best practices.
- CITC is not an employment provider, financial institution, deposit-taking entity, or guaranteed income model.
- CITC is not responsible for individual performance or external business factors.
- Participation in any program is voluntary and based on independent effort.

Earning Eligibility Cap (Applicable to All Programs)
Upon successful registration in any program:
- You become eligible to earn and withdraw up to three (3) times the respective joining fee of that program.
- This represents the maximum earning eligibility cap under the structured earning system.
- It does not represent guaranteed income or assured return.
- Earnings are credited only upon successful completion and verification of performance-based activities as defined under this Agreement.
Wallet Upgrade Rule (Applicable to All Programs)
- Minimum wallet upgrade amount: ₹5,000
- Upon wallet upgrade, you become eligible to earn and withdraw up to ₹15,000 against the upgraded amount.
- Wallet upgrades increase earning eligibility only.
- Each upgrade follows the same earning eligibility principle.
Note: Your candidature will be applicable only for 3 years from the date of joining any program. No income or payouts will be disbursed after the completion of tenure. However, you may enroll yourself again to participate in the programs.
Daily limit for sharing on WhatsApp/FB/Insta cannot be more than 15–20 & reviews not more than 10 by a single user mail ID or phone number.
4. Referral & Sharing Income
As part of your participation, you may earn income based on sharing activities, reviews, service acquisition, affiliate conversions, and referrals as per the following structure:

Website Rental Note: Revenue depends on traffic, advertiser approval, market demand, and competition. Revenue generation may take approximately 4–6 months and is not guaranteed.
Service-Based Affiliate Earnings
Digital Marketing Services:
- 50% earning share on the first month billing amount.
- Payout released after completion of the second month billing cycle and subject to payment realization.
Website & App Development Services:
- 20% earning share on the first month billing amount.
Performance-Based Incentive (Web & App Projects):
- If total project value crosses ₹3,00,000 within 60 days of the first order, 30% earning share applies on billing above ₹3,00,000.
All earnings across all programs remain subject to validation, compliance verification, earning eligibility cap, and wallet rules.
Referral Income – Multi-Level Structure
You may earn referral commission when:
- You share your official referral link provided by CITC.live; and
- A new participant registers and successfully joins any CITC.live program using your referral link; and
- The registration payment is completed and validated by the system.
Upon successful and verified registration through your referral link, you will be eligible to earn commission as per the following structure:

Referral commissions:
- Apply only to valid and successful program registrations made through your official referral link.
- Are subject to compliance verification and system validation.
- Are subject to earning eligibility cap and wallet rules.
- Do not apply solely for link sharing without completed registration.
- Do not apply in case of refund, chargeback, dispute, or cancellation.
5. Access to Materials
- All templates, training materials, referral links, payment history, downline members' tree, and post/review records will be accessible through the CITC.live website/app.
- Materials are for personal use only and cannot be copied, sold, or redistributed without written permission from CITC.
6. Refund & Payment Terms
- All joining and registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
- No structured monthly refund is applicable.
- All payouts are subject to successful validation of activities, service billing realization, and compliance with program guidelines.
- Your earnings will be credited to your Account/UPI/QR on or around the 10th date of every month upon withdrawal request.
- Minimum withdrawal threshold income: ₹1,000 in wallet.
- CITC reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse payouts in case of fraud suspicion, policy violation, disputes, or chargebacks.
7. Code of Conduct
- Users must not misuse templates, post false reviews, create fake service orders, manipulate billing, or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Any violation may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending earnings.
8. Limitation of Liability
- CITC is not liable for losses, missed opportunities, or disputes arising from your participation.
- We provide training and structured earning facilitation only — outcomes depend on your performance.
- Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the joining fee paid.
9. Termination
CITC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse services, or engage in dishonest practices.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India.
11. Acceptance
By registering and making payment on CITC.live, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
